I've started studying Icelandic - a very interesting language. I love the sounds and its history that is so well preserved. Here are some interesting links I've run across:
http://www.snerpa.is/net/index.html I'm not 100% sure what it is but is seems to be texts in Icelandic.
http://www.northvegr.org/lore/main.php#oldice This site is really interesting. It is "Northern European Studies Texts" and seems to have Old Icelandic texts as well as some in Old English.

Interesting Site For Old Indo European Languages
I ran across this today and thought it was pretty neat:
http://www.utexas.edu/cola/centers/lrc/eieol/index.html
It has mini lessons from classic texts in all sorts of ancient Info European langauges like Old Norse, Sanskrit, Latin, Ancient Greek, Hittite and Gothic amongst many others. They break down small text samples line by line and analyze vocab/grammar etc. Pretty cool stuff and of course the best part of all - it's all FREE.
